I think I'm a victim of fraud.

If you're worried that you might have inadvertently compromised your iBill account: It's important you speak with us immediately. The sooner we know what's happened, the sooner we can begin helping you. Please call us now. 877 374 2455

  I've received a suspicious e-mail.

If you think you've received a fraudulent e-mail, but you haven't acted on it: Please forward it to abuse@iBill.net so we can investigate it for you. You'll receive an automated response to let you know we received the e-mail.

 

Report fraud by e-mail:

We strongly encourage you to call us immediately if you think your Chase account has been put in jeopardy. If, for some reason you prefer to contact us electronically, please forward the suspicious e-mail to abuse@iBill.net. You'll receive an automated response to let you know we got the e-mail.
