Tangible Products - If a client offers a mailed, hard copy version
of a downloadable product, or any physical, tangible item, it can not be sold through
a Subscription Reseller account. However, iBill offers Catalog which allows a web
merchant to sell tangible products. Catalog Complete is a full-featured storefront
and shopping cart system.
Time Increments - iBill will not resell subscriptions or purchases
of service, in Time Increments under 3 days because the refund ratio for shorter
subscriptions has proven to be so high that it creates major problems.
Pirated software (warez), or products that are the result of hacking,
phreaking or phracking. If it is determined that a client is involved with software
or site pirating (including the distribution of stolen download/unlock codes and
usernames/passwords), the account will be canceled.
Bulk email products and services such as lists of email addresses,
bulk email software, access to email servers that facilitate Spam.
Any accounts that can be determined as being involved with the
distribution of information that instructs one how to build/use/deploy weapons,
bombs, and other dangerous materials, or how to cause damage, seek revenge, wreak
havoc, be malicious, or that promote hatred, racism or violence, will be canceled.
Child pornography is illegal in the United States and iBill will
not tolerate it. iBill will not resell services for sites that display images of
nude under-age children, or sites that contain links to images of nude under-age
children, in any context. iBill also reserves the right to refuse sites that may
comply with the US code, as well as sites that depict clothed models under the age
of 18, if the images could be considered to be exploiting children.
iBill can not resell Unix shell accounts. Any accounts that can
be determined as supporting the use of bots such as Eggdrop or any other programs
executed on a server through Telnet or a dial-up account will be canceled.
iBill will not resell dial-up accounts or digital subscriber
lines that provide a connection to the Internet.
iBill will not accept donations for resale, unless from a verified non-profit organization.
Proof of your organization's non-profit status must be in the form of the official,
stamped confirmation letter (including the organization's Federal Tax ID number)
that is received in response to the Articles of Incorporation form that is sent
to your Secretary of State.
iBill will not resell deposits on goods for future services, tickets for upcoming
events, or pre-paid long distance.
iBill will not accept partial payment options to stay under the maximum iBill Complete
amounts. The maximum price for a one-time subscription charge is $100. The maximum
price for a catalog or storefront check out is $500.
iBill will not resell for clients utilizing free web hosting services. The client's site can not be hosted for free, such as one through HyperMart, Geocities,
Xoom, Freeyellow, etc.
AVS-(Age Verification Systems) - iBill does not recognize the use
of a credit card as proof of age. There are numerous minors that hold credit cards
in their own right, and the authorization process does not provide a means to determine
a person’s age. This being the case, it is not possible to determine whether
a card number is being used by a minor.
iBill has the right to restrict their services and will not process payments for
any illegal activities. If your products and services are legal, and you find the
above restrictions are preventing you from using iBill's Services, you may want
to consider utilizing iBill's Payment Processing Services
