Internet
iBill recognizes the impact the Internet has had on the way merchants conduct business.
Our Internet transaction processing solutions are designed to work with merchants
who have a limited start-up budget and want to get up and running online fast, as
well as those who already have web sites and want to be able to process transactions
online.
MOTO/Telephone Order
The fastest-growing segment of credit card use today is the "card-not-present" transactions,
in which a customer makes his or her purchase by mail order or telephone order (MOTO),
by facsimile, or via the Internet, instead of being physically present at the merchant's
location.
If you want to process credit cards for Internet, telephone, or mail order locations,
you'll need a special merchant account that is specifically designed for that purpose.
Because you never take physical possession of a credit card for the transaction,
both Visa® and Mastercard® use different criteria for evaluating risk and have different
fee structures for card-not-present transactions.
1. Customer pays by phone, fax, or in person with debit or credit card.

2. You enter the order into Terminal.

3. iBill processes the transaction and the funds go directly into your iBill account.
