Jonas C. Brown was named iBill's President and Chief Executive Officer in July of 2009 with an overall responsibility for growing the business and establishing iBill as a leading global online payment service. Jonas previously served as iBilll's vice president of security where he oversaw information technology, verification development, and the architecture for iBill.

A 20-year veteran of the IT industry, Jonas has worked for some large corporations such as: Ford Motor Credit, Park Place Entertainment, Harrah's Entertainment Group and DI Central. Prior to joining iBill, Jonas was the CEO of a online credit card consulting firm that racked up well over 125,000,000 in credit cards for their clients in three years.

Rhiana Liu is the Executive Vice President of Finance for iBill

Rhiana has held roles in finance, corporate development, administration, and legal at her previous jobs. B2B Credit, Ford Motor Credit and is a board member at IBill.  Rhiana is in charge of overseeing all financial moves the company makes, as well as bookkeeping, taxes, reports and payouts.

Prior to joining iBill, Rhiana worked for B2B Credit and was the Director of Finance. in this roll, Rhiana would oversee finances, accounting, reporting, billing, credit, collections, contracts, cash management, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, A/P, A/R, and human resources for over 1,100 customers and 25 full time employees. 

Doug Johnson is the Executive Vice President of Security for IBill. Doug is responsible for the building and managing of iBill's network, monitoring and security concerns, as well as building and maintaining all servers running Microsoft operating systems and multiple flavors of Unix. Doug has 20 years of experience deploying complex, secure and highly available network and systems implementations in mission critical production environments.

Prior to joining iBill, Doug worked for Unix Systems at Putnam Investments and was the Director of Technical Operations with the Internet Services Group at EMC Corporation. In this role, he managed a team of over 5 engineers providing network, security, systems administration and DBA services to EMC customers in EMC's showcase web hosting and e-commerce datacenter.

Jeff Walker came to iBill after seven years with Global net. Most recently he served as Executive Manager of Strategic Global Accounts where he focused his sales management efforts on Investment Accounts - large multi-national accounts requiring unusual effort to sell and service. He also headed the Corporate National Account program, concentrating on Fortune 500 clients. Prior to Global Net, Jeff spent three years with Bank of America as a real estate officer.

Paula Snow joined iBill after 3 years with telechart, most recently as Operations Manager for Global Accounts. In that capacity, she ran business operations, marketing, customer service and human resource functions for the division. Previously she was Marketing Development Manager with Prizewise, in the Business Development organization where she focused on pricing platforms and contract development for Prizewise’s largest global accounts.
