To get started, be sure have the following information ready for reference:

	Your online business URL
	Your bank account information (if you want to take advantage of our ACH transfer services).
	One copy of a primary form of identification.
	One copy of a secondary form of identification.

You will be required to submit a copy of two forms of identification, one primary and one secondary, to us via email or fax. To help expedite the processing of your application, please submit your copies as a .pdf or .jpg file attachment.
