Complete Customer Service Functions and Robust Fraud Controls
All iBill Complete transactions are passed through iBill's risk management controls.
Each transaction is scrutinized by checks like Address Verification Service (AVS)
and Card Verification Value (CVV2) to help eliminate fraudulent transactions and
the resulting chargebacks.
Businesses choosing iBill Complete are provided end-user consumer service for their
consumers. Additionally, consumers can access an online consumer resource center
(ibillcs.net) where they can check the status of their transactions, request a refund
or contact iBill's customer service department. Our multi-lingual customer service
staff is also available to provide extensive service to business owners and webmasters.

via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and JCB), online checks, or through
our telephone billing service (900 toll phone number)
Billing Options: iBill offers one-time billing for our credit
card, online checks and telephone payment options. Recurring billing is available
for our credit card and online checks payment option.
Password Management: iBill Password Management is a fully automated,
secure and seamless way for you to manage and control access to your Website. This
program enables your customers to create unique usernames and passwords to gain
access to your Website. Through our Commerce Management Interface (CMI) you have
the ability to manage all aspects of the program, including the ability to add,
cancel, and delete users.
Pricing Your Service Options:
Credit Cards
One-Time Billing: On one-time charges, you can charge any dollar
amount between $2.95 and $100. The charges must be for a fixed time period, such
as $10 for 30 days, or $25 for 90 days, with the minimum being 3 days.
Recurring Billing: On recurring billing charges, you can charge
visitors to your site any dollar amount between $2.95 and $100 for the first charge,
but no more than $50 for subsequent monthly charges.
Online Checks
One-Time Billing: On one-time charges, you can charge visitors
to your site any dollar amount between $2.95 and $100. These must be fixed charges,
for example $10 for 30 days, or $25 for 90 days, with the minimum being 3 days.
Recurring Billing: On recurring billing charges, you can charge
visitors to your site any fixed dollar amount between $2.95 and $50 for subsequent
monthly charges.
Telephone Billing: One-Time Billing Using Web 900: Our Web 900
billing option is only available for one-time billing. You can charge visitors to
your site at the following dollar amounts: $2.00, $2.95, $3.95, $4.95, $5.95, $6.95,
$7.95, $8.95, $9.95, $9.99, $10.00, $10.95, $11.95, $12.00, $12.95, $13.95, $14.95,
$15.00, $15.95, $16.95, $17.95, $18.95, $19.95, $19.99, $21.95, $22.95, $24.95,
