Complete Customer Service Functions and Robust Fraud Controls


All iBill Complete transactions are passed through iBill's risk management controls. Each transaction is scrutinized by checks like Address Verification Service (AVS) and Card Verification Value (CVV2) to help eliminate fraudulent transactions and the resulting chargebacks.

Businesses choosing iBill Complete are provided end-user consumer service for their consumers. Additionally, consumers can access an online consumer resource center (ibillcs.net) where they can check the status of their transactions, request a refund or contact iBill's customer service department. Our multi-lingual customer service staff is also available to provide extensive service to business owners and webmasters. iBill takes care of the transaction processing and customer service; you concentrate on selling.

With iBill Complete, you have the ability to process transactions through your Website via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and JCB), online checks, or through our telephone billing service (900 toll phone number)

Billing Options: iBill offers one-time billing for our credit card, online checks and telephone payment options. Recurring billing is available for our credit card and online checks payment option.

Password Management: iBill Password Management is a fully automated, secure and seamless way for you to manage and control access to your Website. This program enables your customers to create unique usernames and passwords to gain access to your Website. Through our Commerce Management Interface (CMI) you have the ability to manage all aspects of the program, including the ability to add, cancel, and delete users.


Pricing Your Service Options:


Credit Cards

One-Time Billing: On one-time charges, you can charge any dollar amount between $2.95 and $100. The charges must be for a fixed time period, such as $10 for 30 days, or $25 for 90 days, with the minimum being 3 days.

Recurring Billing: On recurring billing charges, you can charge visitors to your site any dollar amount between $2.95 and $100 for the first charge, but no more than $50 for subsequent monthly charges.


Online Checks

One-Time Billing: On one-time charges, you can charge visitors to your site any dollar amount between $2.95 and $100. These must be fixed charges, for example $10 for 30 days, or $25 for 90 days, with the minimum being 3 days.

Recurring Billing: On recurring billing charges, you can charge visitors to your site any fixed dollar amount between $2.95 and $50 for subsequent monthly charges.

Telephone Billing: One-Time Billing Using Web 900: Our Web 900 billing option is only available for one-time billing. You can charge visitors to your site at the following dollar amounts: $2.00, $2.95, $3.95, $4.95, $5.95, $6.95, $7.95, $8.95, $9.95, $9.99, $10.00, $10.95, $11.95, $12.00, $12.95, $13.95, $14.95, $15.00, $15.95, $16.95, $17.95, $18.95, $19.95, $19.99, $21.95, $22.95, $24.95, $25.00, $27.95, $29.95, $30.00, $32.95, $34.95, $35

Fraud Scrubbing

iBill implements advanced fraud scrubbing techniques when processing every credit card transaction online.

What is fraud scrubbing?
Quite simply it is a way to automatically flag risky transactions for further attention or manual approval. iBill has automated techniques that will analyze customer information to see if it is consistent with the profile of the authorized user. If the address on the credit card different from the billing address, or the country of the phone making the charge is different from the country on the bank account, the transaction will be scrubbed all together.

Chargebacks are the biggest risk to online sellers, and hurt small businesses and auction traders the hardest. If a fraudulent transaction occurs on your phone service by a customer using a stolen credit card number or fake identity, it may take time for the transaction to be discovered and reported. When that happens, the credit card company reverses the charges, canceling the sale. What happens if you have already provided the services? The cost of the services are lost.

This is why fraud scrubbing is most important for online sellers and ecommerce web sites. Fraud scrubbing will add an extra layer of security on top of industry standard procedures like street address verification and security code validation.

iBill charges a flat fee to handle all your credit card processing, fraud screening, and password management. iBIll does not charge any setup fees or monthly fees. As you can see below, the more transactions your processes, the lower your fees become.
