Customer Service Rep
Work Location: iBIll Denver, CO
Shift: Day

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Answers inbound technical and customer service calls relating to accounts.
• Assist with customer service inquiries regarding technical support, billing, and general information.
• Provide quality support through one-call resolution to establish a long-term customer relation.
• Accurately respond to questions and assist customers with product features, installation, password managment, and troubleshooting.
• Accepting / processing payments via credit card
  

 

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• At least six months experience in a call center environment
• One & one half years related technical customer service in a call center environment preferred
• Associates degree a plus
